-From 1995 to 2019 he directed the functions: management control, organisation, quality systems, expenditure review, urban authority FESR and community policies of the Municipality of Verona.
– As manager of ERDF funds and community policies of the Municipality of Verona he directly managed the organisation’s participation in important community initiatives and dozens of national and international projects.
– He was a representative of the management for quality and a member of the Board of Energie-Cites and of the European Association of Historic Towns and Regions.
– He managed multifunctional working groups for the review of municipal spending and procedural simplification.
